Glia in health and disease School 2017
Program Overview:
Glia in health and disease School will be held 19-21 September 2017, aimed at early career researchers working in neuroscience and related disciplines with an interest in the role of astroglia in brain function. The School will host a series of lectures and round-table workshop seminars conducted by international experts in the field. These will be focused on the modern concepts and approaches to explore the versatile roles of glial cells in the brain. The attendees are requested to have a poster presentation. Poster sessions will be held during the School, with a Best Poster Prize awarded. Applications are welcome from graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
Glia in health and disease School 2017 is supported by the grant from the Russian Scientific Foundation “Astroglial regulation of brain rhythms and epileptic seizures” (15-14-30000).
