Please note that before paying the fee you should get your acceptance approval from conference organizers.
The conference fee includes accommodation on board in single- or two-berth cabins, full board, conference package, bus tours of historical sites, welcome party, symposium dinner and live music on board.
Travelling couples will be accommodated in two-berth cabins; no children under 12 are allowed on board due to safety regulations. Single-berth cabins are limited and will be allocated on a first come- first served basis upon registration payment, after which single attendees may be offered a shared two- berth cabin, unless singe accommodation in a two- berth cabin is requested (please ask the organizers). We apologize for any inconvenience related to the high demand for limited accommodation on board.

Deadline for paying Conference fees is July 1, 2018.
Refund Information. In case of cancellation, 50% of the conference fees will be refunded . Requests for refunds should be received not later than July 15, 2018. No refund will be given for cancellations made after July 15, 2018.
